Yes and Yes.
The learning experience is designed to be asynchronous. One can join the program anytime and learn at your own speed (take it easy and slow or do it fast and furious!).
Each course will have a set of milestones -
In-Class Quiz (you need to achieve a certain Percentage before you can move on to the next topic)
One or more submissions as assignments
A final project with Live Presentation in front of a jury
There are additional activities like - Clinic Sessions, Lab Sessions, etc. which will help the mentor interaction at pre-scheduled times.
Once you finish a Live Presentation it is considered “finishing” the course and you will get a grade for the same. This can happen in as little as 2 weeks or as high as 3 months!
